Film Society of Little Rock and Fantastic Cinema are proud to announce the short film lineup of the 2nd Annual Fantastically Horrifying Cinema presented by Shock Till You Drop!

These 28 short films have won awards all of the world, along with a few brand new ones thrown into the mix!  The shorts are always a highlight for a horror film festival.  You will not want to miss them!
